1997

July 97- Had my one and only child

1999

August 1999- 8 weeks pregnant  miscarriage 

2010

February  2010 –Started trying naturally to conceive

April 24, 2010- Got married to my wonderful husband in Eureka Springs overlooking Beaver Lake

May-Dec. 2010- Still trying naturally

2011

Jan – June 2011- Started clomid 50 mg. All six cycles were (BFN)

June 2011- Was referred to RE, Dr.  H. After running numerous test on both Al and I. We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. (me, secondary infertility). Sperm normal, all my levels were within normal ranges. Had a HSG with possible right tube blocked and adhesion on my uterus.

July 2011- Surgery to remove adhesion from uterus. Doctor told us of a study being done throughout the U.S. for people with unexplained infertility called A.M.I.G.O study. We were able to get into the study. It consisted of four (4) cycles of medicated iui with either clomid or Menopur injections. You were randomly picked through the system which medication you were grouped with. We ended up with the Menopur injections (suppose to have a higher success rate)

July 16, 2011- IUI #1 with Menopur, had three follicles (BFN) started bleeding on 10DPO. Progesterone on day 21 was 10

Aug. 2011- IUI #2 with Menopur, had four follicles (BFN) started bleeding on 10DPO. Progesterone on day 21 was 4

Sept. 2011- IUI #3 cancelled due to cysts: turned natural cycle. Chemical pregnancy, beta #1- (16), beta #2 (6)

Oct. 2011- IUI #3 cancelled again and turned to natural cycle with trigger shot (BFN).

Nov. 2011- IUI#3 with Menopur, had five follicles, progesterone on day 21 was 6. (BFN)

Dec. 2011- IUI#4 with Menopur, had three follicles. Chemical pregnancy. Beta #1 (11), Beta #2 (0)

2012

Jan. 2012- Started preparing for IVF #1. (BFN)

1/2012- Start bcp (birth control pills)
2/2/2012- ART consult (mock transfer & SHG)
2/7/2012 -Another attempt at mock transfer
2/12/2012- Start lupron
2/22/2012- Baseline U/S (15 follies on left, 14 on right
2/25/2012- Start Stims
2/27/2012-Bloodwork E2 levels are 388 (Stims day 2
2/29/2012-Bloodwork & U/S( 38 follies E2 987)

3/6/2012-Egg Retrieval
3/7/2012- 23 Retrieved, 17 mature, 15 fertilized.
3/11/2012-Transfer two beautiful grade B embryos
3/21/2012- Beta (BFN)
Reason for failure was due to possible egg quality issues and a bad transfer. We are taking a 6 month break before ivf #2.

April 2012- Clomid 100mg, unmonitored (BFN)

May 2012- Clomid 100mg, unmonitored  (BFN)

June 2012- Hysteroscopy to remove ridges on my uterus, also removed a fibroid. Start birth control pills for IVF #2.

August 2012- Had IVF #2 which resulted in ectopic pregnancy. (

3/27/2013- U/S & B/W- Lining 5, 15 AF on left, 13 AF on right. HCG levels at 56. No Femara this week.

4/3/2013- B/W-21.7 wait another week for blood work.

4/10/2013- 26mm cyst on right ovary. .

4/30/2013- Started period 67 days after miscarriage. Moving forward on surgery

5/9/2013- Surgery, LAP & Hysterscopy

5/26/2014- Ovulated on cd26, Lining is 12.5 and progesterone is 11.10 (BFN)

6/3/2013-7DPO- Symptoms are cramping, backache, headache. (BFN)

6/5/2013- Start Clomid 100mg 6/17/13- CD13 u/s,6/18/2013- 3 mature follicles/trigger (BFN)

7/2/2013- CD1-Femara 7.5 mg, Four follicles, TI. (BFN)

8/2013- Natural TI cycle (BFN)

9/3/2013- Appointment with Dr. Kwak Kim. Have to wait for blood results and new treatment plan before moving forward with ttc.

9/25/2013- Follow up consult with Dr. Kwak Kim. Found out I have immune issues causing my body to kill embryos and also blood clotting issues. Starting new drug treatment:

81mg Aspirin daily

D3 1000 daily

Fish Oil 1,000 x3 daily

Metanex daily

Metformin daily

Vitamin E daily

Cd6- pregnancy or start of period - Lovenox 40mg daily

Ovulation- pregnancy or start of period- Predisone daily

Ovulation-10DPO Progesterone

She also suggested doing IVIG infusions. Waiting to see if it covered by insurance.  

10/2013- IUI #6 Femara/Follistim. 3 mature follicles. Sperm count 56millon, 91% motility.(BFN)

11/2013-Menopur/Femara with TI(Poor response) 2 follicles on right side.TI this cycle. (BFN)

12/2013- Follistim 150 IU for 4 days. Over stimmed and had 10+ mature follicles.Last minute E2 levels come back at 753 so we decide to go forward with TI. (BFN)

  2014

1/2014- Femara 7.5mg and IVIG TI Day 21 progesterone was 19.4 (BFN)

2/2014- IUI #7  cancelled. Ovulated early Follistim/IVIG. Day 21 progesterone was 36.Four mature follicles (BFN).

3/2014-IUI #7 Follistim/IVIG. Three mature follicles. Sperm count was 27 million, 93% motility. 8DPO progesterone was 7.9. (BFP) on 9DPIUI.
